When it comes to books, logistics refers to the practice of accurately and safely transporting and delivering a large quantity of books under same-day order and same-day delivery conditions.
In order to achieve this, inventory management, error-free delivery, and on-time delivery are established as the three primary tasks and the key quality concerns. The aforementioned tasks are reflected in the warehousing, shipping, and delivery business processes. We have a warehousing inspection system (PDA) and a shipping inspection system that, through barcode reading during the shipment and packaging stages, can prevent all shipping errors in advance.
All books are also packaged in boxes and protectors to avoid damage in order to ensure safe and timely delivery. We will continue to uphold our commitment to our original role of expanding alongside our customer companies through the use of this management system, which is based on the know-how that has made the best efforts for the advancement of publishing logistics over the past 28 years.
